We regret that we are unable to offer any type of in-house credit terms. We must receive your payment before shipping your order.
If you are not satisified with your purchase, have received the wrong item(s), or the item(s) arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange the item or provide a refund (less S&H) provided the item(s) is returned to us unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase. Brett Holiday cards may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
Information collected by us in the course of conducting business is used for fulfilment of orders and any contact with you required to facilitate order fulfilment. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share information we collect from you except as needed to complete your order (eg: we will pass your shipping details on to shipping fulfilment companies -currently USPS and UPS in order to get your order to you).
Brett Cards are usually available for pre-sale in late May. Members of our email list, Brett Club, receive discount codes for early-bird orders at that time. Early-bird orders ship as soon as stock arrives in Autumn.

Unfortunately, we are not able to personalize orders at this time, but it's worth a try to contact a local print shop to see if they can help.
Can I have my order personalized?
Yes! We are happy to ship to another address within the continental US. Just let us know where to ship your order. You can input the shipping address at checkout, or contact us before your order ships with the new address information.
I am going to be traveling to another location when my order is meant to ship, and would like my order sent there instead of my home address. I this possible?
We're very sorry if you miss us - we are a 2-person operation with only 1 of us manning the office, and running business errands. It is hard to say exactly what time we are available, as it varies from day to day. But, please leave a message and we will ring you back as soon as we can.
