Payment
Our shopping cart offers several payment options, including PayPal. Please note that PayPal will charge your account at the time of purchase, regardless of shipping time needed for your order. PayPal payment is processed off-site at PayPal's secure server site, and we do not receive your credit card details. Otherwise, you may pay by credit card to us directly (our shopping cart and payment screen are also on a secure server, or you may ring us with your CC details) and your card is processed through our merchant service. With the regular credit card payment option (using our merchant service) we do not charge your card until your purchase is ready to ship. Our merchant service is ProPay Inc., a registered agent of Wells Fargo Bank and MetaBank. Personal checks must clear before items can be shipped.
We regret that we are unable to offer any type of in-house credit terms. We must receive your payment before shipping your order.
Returns/Refunds Policy
Print-Your-Own sets, and other Non-Personalized items:
If you are not satisified with your purchase, have received the wrong item(s), or
the item(s) arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange the item or provide a refund (less S&H) provided
the item(s) is returned to us unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase. Brett Holiday cards may
be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Personalized Items: Personalized items are printed by our imprinting partners,
Carlson Craft® and McPhersons®. Refunds or exchanges are not available for personalized items, unless there is an
unquestionable printing error on our part.
Personalized Items
Personalized stationery items are processed by our imprinting partners, Carlson Craft® and McPhersons®, and usually ship within 72 hours of ordering, depending on design. Personalized Brett Cards ship within 5-7 business days. Carlson Craft® items are available in a seperate catalogue linked from our Products page.

You Notes usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Boxed Brett Cards
Boxed Brett Cards are stocked in limited quantities. If we have your cards in stock, they will ship within 24 hours of payment (slightly longer in the case of weekends or holidays). Otherwise, shipment time depends on the time it takes to acquire the cards from the supplier's stock. Our supplier generally ships in-stock items within 5-7 business days. Brett cards are specially crafted, heirloom products and are produced in limited quantities. They may require longer shipping times, so please order early, as we may not be able to acquire all styles after the middle of November. We keep our web site as up to date as possible on what we have in-stock, and what we presume to be in-stock from our supplier; however, we are often not notified when certain designs go out of stock, so there may be a delay in shipping your cards. We will inform you as soon as we know a design in your order is back-ordered or unavailable. For unavailable items, you may choose another design from the same price group, or we will issue a refund. For delivery before the holidays, we recommend you place your order no later than the first week of December.
Shipping Charges
Shipping are calculated during checkout and quotes are received from the UPS, USPS, and Fedex web sites in real time. There are shipping options for the continental US as well as select International destinations, however, depending on export restrictions at any given time, we may not be able to ship to some locations. In that case, your credit card will not be charged, or if we have shipped in good faith (and processed your payment) and the shipment is rejected and returned to us by the carrier, we will refund your purchase.
